A seasoned health care executive with more than 35 years experience in healthcare financial management, primarily with large integrated delivery networks of hospitals and physicians.  After 20 years at Price Waterhouse, the last 8 as a regional health care partner, I joined the Allegheny Health System in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I served in a number of financial and information service capacities for nearly 11 years, including Interim Chief Financial Officer of the parent company during its restructuring under Bankruptcy Court protection.  Thereafter, I served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CareGroup, Inc., a regional health care system and a major teaching component of Harvard Medical School, in Boston, Massachusetts.  Most recently, I served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of New England Baptist Hospital, a CareGroup affiliate.
